I bought a new very expensive home from Beazer in June, we have had multiple problems with the house and they take there time in response and getting the contractors back to fix things, my main complaint is the garage door was pure junk and very flimsy and not quality at all so we replaced the garage door and we submitted receipts to be reimbursed and was told they would reimburse and now we are being told no they wont, its a shame when you spend this much money on a house and some of the items are not of good quality, very ... read more
Horrible warranty services after you buy the house from Beazer Home. Just be caution when buying house from them. I bought home from them in March 2022 and I have about 10 warranty tickets submitted. It will take forever even if the warranty service is an emergency dealing with Hot water.
Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
I'm not sure if there is any inventory left. This is a new development. The streets I was on all had RV parking. If you have an RV, you know how much it costs to store it. Pay a little more on one of these homes and save on the storage fees!
