Agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, was very accommodating. I love the duets but paying for 2 HOA's is ridiculous. The fee you pay for lawn care is too expensive as a regular lawn company doesnt charge that per cut.

I will give it a two star. As home owners we were excited for the entire process and we absolutely love our floor plan. However, we soon began to notice cracked tiles and dry wall cracking. It turns out we have over 30k worth of structural foundation repairs that Beazer will not fix. We are still within warranty and each time they say, it's normal wear and tear.
