I will give it a two star. As home owners we were excited for the entire process and we absolutely love our floor plan. However, we soon began to notice cracked tiles and dry wall cracking. It turns out we have over 30k worth of structural foundation repairs that Beazer will not fix. We are still within warranty and each time they say, it's normal wear and tear. The agent was not there amd the fill in person had no experience with the product. We returned the next day when the agent was supposed to be there and were meet bu another fill in who was completely new. Needless to say our specific questio s regaurding this developemnt are still umanswered.
