After living in the house for a few years, it's clear everything is builder-grade, even the roof. Appliances are broken, there are leaks, shingles are missing from the roof, and worst of all, Vincent, the representative, isn't responding to any of my or my neighbors' messages. I definitely wouldn't recommend this builder. Okay, so it's builder-grade, should we have upgraded? Well, upgrading and rolling the cost into the loan isn't smart, we shouldn't have ANY issues in these brand new homes!
