I would advise not moving to this area. I live in the first phase and the community is not good. The HOA and POA has been terrible to deal with. It’s not a safe area. There have been multiple shootings near here. We are a hop, skip, and jump away from PG County. There are shady motels and hotels that seem to have prostitution.
