I'm not living here but the neighborhood is very annoying some neighbors play music all day long outside doors very laug, I'm sorry, for the rest homes are new.
I am currently a resident here at beazer. While the home and community are great in many ways there is alot that ive gone through in a short time, small imperfections with a new home are expected, however far too many to count to be justifiable. Missing paint jobs, missing crown molding, bad grout jobs that are already deteriorating. My sink has leaked twice now and caused water damage underneath my sink and damage to my carpet, the list goes on. The biggest concern, this one being my fault entirely.
