I would rate Beazer a zero if possible. Their lack of knowledge, professionalism, and inconsistency is alarming. I strongly advise against buying from them; there are much better builders out there. My experience at Laural Landing - Founder Community on May 2, 2025, was very disappointing. The communication has been poor, and I've encountered dishonesty from the builder. What should have been a positive experience has turned into frustration and regret due to untrustworthy practices, particularly in the sales department.
