I arrived at Laural Landing - Founder Community on May 2, 2025, to sign the contract for our Wallace home. At that time, we thought it would be a wonderful experience for my family and me, as this was a whole new journey for us. However, things took a turn for the worse. Prior to signing the contract, the salesperson, Mrs. Q, informed us that the tax rate was 2.7% and the HOA fee was $900.
