They don't answer the phone... sad face!
Roof leaks everywhere!! Poor build. Takes forever to get warranty items resolved. Poor property manager, Ghertner does nothing until you threaten them. No communication to homeowners!! Last few homes left, I wish I knew before I bought here. Horrible experience!!
Seriously considering this option the gentleman who took us around was knowledgeable and nice
