Very disappointed with onsite sales person, not professional at all and very rude, will never buy a house with this developer ever that hire this kind of onsite sales person.

Not a good experience at all. They refused to tell me what the contract price was until I handed them over $6,500. Sales person said that the home office had her locked out of the system (yeah right). When I handed over my check, the system miraculously let her in. Then it was nearly $70K more than their price sheet for that model. That was before we even talked about any upgrades or extras. Every lot in the subdivision has a "lot premium".
