The house is fine, the experience…not so much. Keep an eye on the process, seriously, walk the house weekly. They miss a lot and if you hope to stay on schedule…good luck.
Come! Move to Cibolo Crossing! Free with every $500k+ house, a FREE MUD PIT to drive through after every rain storm. Don't worry, they won't clean it up so it will stay, the builders, developer and HOA all point fingers at who is responsible for maintaining the area during build up so no one cleans a damn thing! Ain't it purdy, I love driving down this road every DAY! You will not close on time, plan accordingly. It really comes across as there is a complete lack of oversight.
