Marika, James and Phil have made the building process a breeze and they are incredible communicators. They are keep us updated, every step of the way and always take time to answer any of our questions. Besides their amazing dream team, the build-quality of their houses is stellar - energy efficient AND their overall building standards/materials - I feel their homes are some of the best around. I highly recommend building with Beazer!
The team at Brownstone is AMAZING!! Marika helped walk me through the building process and laid out all of my options. James and Phil walked me through the building process and what to expect. It's comforting knowing all of the employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and great at keeping me in the loop with the whole process. I can't wait for my house to be completed!!!
