After you’ve signed the dotted line they do not care about the issues that arise after. It will take months to get anything repaired that was not properly built by them. They are not responsive or timely. Make sure you catch everything before you sign or you will be stuck chasing after the builder for resolutions. Oh and the resolutions are mediocre at best and are temporary fixes.
