What's a Garden Home you ask? It's a ranch style condo/townhome. Great for when you get "old"- No stairs or steps. Almost a year here now and find it to be extremely utility efficient. Built well for today's construction type. Airtight and sound proof. Close to "everything". Still getting used to HOA living but there are pluses. Once the community and surrounding area is finished, and the plants mature, it's going to be beautiful. Oh and a plug for the on-site guy , Bob, he is great!
