I’ve been overall pretty happy with Beazer despite the countless quality issues I’ve had to encounter and address, from the red tape walk-through all the way to 14 months later. I’ve dedicated countless man hours keeping up with and calling in issue after issue to have repaired. The mass production of these homes and the lowest bidding sub contractors Beazer hires creates a plethora of quality issues. My personal experience and recommended opinion stay away; unless you want to deal with many issues and feel like a babysitter. Because of so many problems with the build a V-I-P stepped in and that was a joke. Well, 2 days before closing we all stood inside doing the final walkthrough. How does one approve the sale of a below-standard home? It’s unbelievable that the living room wall had a deformation, the lawn was torn up, the paint throughout the home was horrible, uneven tiles, and oil stains on the driveway from shady co... read more
