I bought a house at AMIRA (Tomball, TX) in January 2024. I would like to state my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is really annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 °F, and what is even worse we are in winter time.
