Beazer is a rip-and-run company. I had so many issues with my home. The latest is a high-ceiling light that they did not put enough slack into the chain and now I can not even change the bulbs on the second floor. Stay away.
I have a beazer home and we have a large vertical crack in our concrete and water was seeping in. The insurance company is sending out an engineer to inspect and to determine if it's a structural defect. Beazer would not even come out to my home to inspect and sent an email stating its past the one year warranty. If we do find out that the large crack in the wall is a structural defect, we will pursue arbitration and any legal steps. Beazer turned their backs on us and this was disheartening.
