We stopped in to buy an adapter for my phone Visiting from Canada, in between family visits and tourist stuff. The staff was wonderful. The manager greeted us as soon as we entered the store ; smiled and said, "welcome, I'll be with you as soon as I can" or something as reassuring. The other staff person finished with his customer and asked if he could help us. In 10 minutes, I had the adapter, paid for it and left the store thinking what good service.
