First time trying beaver tail and love it! Crispy, flakey, sugary with a nice tinge of cinnamon and lemon. It is not overly sweet which is great. The portion is pretty large and can be shared among 2-3 pax no issues.
You guys should come to Gatineau an expend you guys will have a lot of customers that will come and buy beavertails please come to Gatineau I’ll be thier eveyday if the week just to eat beavertails
