My friends and I, on vacation for the weekend, we entered the shop at 9,35 pm knowing that the shop was closing at 10pm… so still open. If we had known this was going to be a 30 min wait to get a beavertail we would not have ordered. Slowest service ever. After ordering the staff member started prepping the dough??? There has to be a better way.
Amazing first experience for the family on our trip to Whistler! Service was friendly and the options were perfect for everyone to enjoy something. Beaver tails were so soft yet crispy and the strawberry cheesecake option was by far worth trying. Love this dessert and highly recommend trying one if you come across it. Lovely place for photos as well with the family
The issue was that people handling food had open wounds and scabs on their hands and weren’t wearing gloves while handling food. It was very off putting and gross. Didn’t really want to eat my food afterwards.
