My experience here during the Christmas period was extremely upsetting. The lack of cleanliness and food-handling hygiene was shocking. Staff were moving back and forth between the cash register and the food without wearing gloves. One employee was handling cash, holding the dough , speaking closely with customers, and then immediately returning to work with the dough in his hand . The pastries here is very good, I would recommend it as the first place to go to at Whistler!
