Boooo! What a joke. I bought the nutella beavertail at the shipyards only to receive a cold beavertail that had nutella spread on it and then scraped off it. I do not recommend supporting this business. Huge rip off. Funny how it won't let me post pictures.
Its a little nice treat! The dough is deep dried and a bit greesy.
I ordered the pistachio one, I liked it, but I found it very oily and with little filling, I just felt the taste of the dough with oil. From the photos, I thought it was more stuffed.
Ordered The Classic. Crispy, sweet, and delicious! However, ordered via official website and online ordering portal to get a digital receipt, which is handled by DoorDash, which is a ripoff especially when bag fee is charged before tax. The order bag is also rather unnecessary since I consumed it all immediately after pickup. My overall stance currently neutral as shown in the ratings as I feel conflicted about the overall value of the product and experience.
I was surprised to find this open late on a Sunday! I tried their pistachi-OH and brownie one. Both were great, a bit on the oily side. Service was prompt and it’s a food truck, but they are situated in a place with good accessibility and ambience.
