I came into the store, placed my order, and waited for over 30 mins to receive my order. While I was waiting, I saw numerous people receive their orders before I received mine. As someone who has worked years in foodservice, it’s a shame that such a great business is incapable of finding staff who can prioritize and treat customers properly.
