This was probably the worst beavertail I have ever ate, 29% ate. I got the Killaloe Sunrise. didn’t take a picture, but it was complete crust, hard, and oily. Not on brand for the franchise. As a previous franchise owner, I was saddened that this is what some first time customers might think is how this should be served. My husband’s BT was the same, he got the poutine tail, but even the gravy didn’t soften it. Disappointed. :(
unique twist on HOT DOG and good
It was such a fun and new experience trying BeaverTails! Nothing beats enjoying a warm, freshly made treat while looking out at the waterfront and all the boats. We went for the chocolate and peanut butter BeaverTail topped with Reese’s Pieces, and it was absolutely amazing—crispy, warm, and sweet in the best way, without feeling too heavy. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Charlottetown — it’s the perfect spot to treat yourself after exploring the city!
We were waiting for 20 minutes just for a single beaver tail, although there was no people ahead, and then another 20 minutes for a traditional poutine. The stuff was too slow and inhospitable.
