Overcooked tail
You need lemon juice to drizzle on your "Classic" beaver tail. Other locations in Canada do this but doe some reason New Brunswick locations do not.
Tasted Great but gotta be a little faster on the spreading and saucing the BeaverTails, wasn’t in any rush but 20 minutes waiting in front of 6 BeaverTails is a bit long.
We stopped here with the family Saturday morning. We spent the morning at the zoo and then stopped by to get some Beaver tails. They were very good we had the Avalanche and triple trip. Highly recommended stop in and give them a try. Also, the entire atmosphere is awesome here. Beautiful spot!
