The staff in this place is super friendly and made our day! Tom goes above and beyond. His personality is so upbeat that it’s contagious. My son and I rented e-bikes yesterday and had a blast. So much so that I went back and rented again today while he hung out at the pool. You can rent gear anywhere - go where the people are lovely.
We came in from out of town recently, and even though its not snowboard season we stopped in to see if they had any snowboards for my daughter who is getting into it. They didnt have any in because well its biking season, Chris was so great and said he had one that would work for her but was at the storage store, he was so kind and went and got it for the next day to look at, we went back and she got it. Great service! This past weekend my wife and I rented hybrid bikes from Beaver Sports. Chris quickly got us in rentals and showed us on a map where to find beginner and immediate mountain bike trails and what type of elevation gain there would be to get to those trails. Chris also showed us where to find cruiser and gravel trails. He also let us know what apps we could use to find trails. The bikes we got performed without any issues. Rolled into Beaver Sports Shop on the last day of my summer holiday at Trestle Bike Park after realizing—rookie mistake 🤦—I forgot to check my brake pads before the trip and had worn them down to pretty much nothing with combined days at Trestle, Snowmass and last seasons Whistler trip. Thankfully, the awesome crew had the right ones in stock, installed them on the spot, and even straightened my rotor that had a close encounter with a rock.
