Nurses are attentive and caring. I find the doctors listen and tend to my illness with compassion.
I was told by emergency Over the phone that if I came there for my prescription refill and to see what the painful burning itchy rash that covered one side of my face which was very swollen was that they would not call in a doctor and that I would have to sit there and wait for an emergency (if one should happen) in order to see a doctor. She than asked me why I would even go there. She tried her very best to discourage me from going there. She said I was not an emergency so no doctor would be called for me.
