Always easy going and takes care of my car
My truck kept going into limp mode on my way to a family camping and fishing trip. Scott and their diesel mechanic squeezed me into an already tight schedule, going into memorial day, and had me up and running in about an hour. I was impressed with their professionalism and expert technical work. I have spent the better part of my life in service, and can tell you that it is rare to find organizations doing it right. Great service. They fit me in without an appt. Very fast and courteous.
I am not a local resident, and I did not get my car here. (Next time I will ) Yet this place was amazing and worked with us anyway. I was having issues with my car, after Missoula “claimed” to “fix it” but less than 6 weeks later there was still the same issue. I Spoke with Matt and we were able to get it into the shop very quickly to solve the issue. Matt also called and worked with the warranty department that was also very helpful in end cost.
