Friendly staff. Took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in and to get a room key.
At advanced booking requested a ground floor room with a roll away. Requested on both their booking website and sent them a separate email. We’re on second floor, no more roll aways. WiFi does not work. Seeing room prices on booking sites for less than half of what I paid on the motel website. Now that I’m here if I could get a refund I’d stay elsewhere!
Told them it would be a late check-in. Directions were provided about what check-in would look like. Upon arrival the described action had not happened on their parrot so ended up sleeping in my vehicle. They did fully refund my room and apologized alot, but non-the-less, not the experience I was hoping for at the end if a very long day.
