I work there for a year in their kitchen. They deferred orders of dishes for one or two weeks because who wants them for kitchen versus just buying as show they care about the company. Customers couldn’t get oatmeal all once because shortage of bowls. Also they kept old unnecessary bowls that were wrong size instead threw them away for more storage space.
The remodel they just had looks amazing! Lovely atmosphere and even better staff!
