We asked to get a copy of a script from an exam that had been done there. They sent it but when I called back to ask questions because I couldn't read the handwriting and ask a couple of other questions, the lady that was on the phone was rude and not helpful. She said they don't give information when ordering online if something wasn't on the script then the patient doesn't need it. would NOT recommend this office!! don’t know for sure what lisa’s job title is but probably one of the rudest , dishonest females i’ve ever encountered!! half the staff is just like her. sad

My daughter and I love going here. Maria stayed after most went to lunch to help me pick a pair of glasses that I love! Great experience and won’t go anywhere else!
Havent actually been but was trying to make a appointment and would of a potential opportunity to pick up 3 new clients. The office staff was abrasive in answering my question as if I were putting them out. I recently had insurance change so this was the first place I found. Sorry I am not up on hours of operation etc. First impression mean alot to me even on the phone. Be taking my business elsewhere even if I cant get in before school starts 😐

Dr.Kelly has always been great, but I have had multiple problems with the office staff and their lack of customer service. The last time I had an appointment, the staff had switched my chart with another patient when picking out my glasses. I was not informed of this until I went to pick up my new glasses 3 weeks later and had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct glasses. The visit prior to this had poor customer service when picking out glasses. At that visit I asked for a prescription and bought glasses someplace else. ... read more
They got me in within 30 min of my call (medical issue not vision)and are always wonderful with me and my daughter!
