James and Tyler!! Stellar customer service! Picked up a Hilti core drill, took it with me to job site. Spent all morning laying out my holes, and when I went to get the drill out of the truck, I plugged it in, got 1” into my first hole and it shut off. I found that the gfci had failed. They swapped the drill out immediately and promised to extend my rental time free of charge. Upon returning the drill , they credited me $60 back to my card for the inconvenience.
