With our doctor retiring, Now it is hard to even get in with our doctor or a new physician. If you know he is retiring you need to have the new doctor schedule and ready to take Dr. Timpone place ahead of time. this is very aggravating and unprofessional.
I am not sure what is going on with your automated system, but it cancelled my appt without even a phone call. It says I cancelled through automated system, but I can show you on my cell phone bill, that I never received any call from you. I did fill out my questionnaire online for the appt, and my knee is fractured, so why would I cancel? I will be finding another doctor. As much as I love Dr. Bolden, I do NOT love the inefficiency of your office.
You're to tell your employees to not tell the patients that the phones open at 7:30am this is a lie. I have called at least 20 times in 10 minutes and still not open. I'm not happy about this
