Have been to this Health Centre for couple years for massages to fix all my little body issues. Sometimes it is swollen wrist from holding mouse for too long, sometimes it is soreness from the long sitting etc. Their masseuse are pretty professional. Had tried their Biomassage for the first time, it was pretty relaxing and mind blowing. I often get stiff neck, this bio massage will help relieve the pain right away (90% pain) And of course it is a bit more expensive than regular massage but worth it if you have muscle twisted... read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My appointment last week was unexpectedly cancelled. I decided to give them another chance, only to be informed ONE HOUR before my appointment today that it would need to be postponed again. I completely understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen. However, repeatedly changing appointments at the last minute shows a lack of respect for the client’s time. First time trying the Yao therapy combo and I'm hooked. The essential oil massage melted away everything I was carrying, and the warm herbal cloths from the Yao therapy took the relaxation to a completely different level. I walked out feeling genuinely reset. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the space has such a calm energy. If you've been curious about traditional Yao therapy, this is the place to try it.
