I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My appointment last week was unexpectedly cancelled. I decided to give them another chance, only to be informed ONE HOUR before my appointment today that it would need to be postponed again. I completely understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen. However, repeatedly changing appointments at the last minute shows a lack of respect for the client’s time. First time trying the Yao therapy combo and I'm hooked. The essential oil massage melted away everything I was carrying, and the warm herbal cloths from the Yao therapy took the relaxation to a completely different level. I walked out feeling genuinely reset. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the space has such a calm energy. If you've been curious about traditional Yao therapy, this is the place to try it. Will 100% be back.

I recently visited Beavercreek Health Center for a relaxation massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The environment is calm, clean, and very professional. The massage itself was effective in relieving tension while still being deeply relaxing, and the heated beds added an extra level of comfort that made the experience even more soothing. I recently visited this Centre and had an excellent experience. It is easily one of the most relaxing places I’ve been to in the GTA. I received a hydrating facial, which was exceptional. The treatment was incredibly calming, to the point that I fell asleep, which speaks to the level of comfort and care provided. 是这家的老顾客，但最近一次体验非常失望。环境和前台人员还有以前的其他师傅都还好，只是这次的按摩师傅很差。 预约了60分钟按摩，实际不到50分钟就结束了。力度是近几年体验过最轻的一次，基本只是表面按一按，没有任何深度，整体非常敷衍。过程中我睡着的时候，师傅突然接电话大声说话，把我吵醒了，令我十分震惊。 事后询问前台为何时间不足，被告知因为我迟到。但前台表示店里并没有“迟到就缩短时间”的规定，说是师傅私自这样做的。我提出是否可以按实际时间收费，被拒绝，因为前台小姐姐人很好所以我最后还是按60分钟付费了。 按摩经历已有十几年，去过很多店，虽然有些店家会说迟到要扣减时间，但从未真正被扣过时间，从！来！都！没！有！更何况当时并没有其他客人等待，我是最后一个客人。以前我也曾经约好6点，到店后等到6:15-6:20才开始，我也等过店家，我都没有计较啊。疫情之后经济不好大家不都是互相理解的吗？而且都已经明确说了这家店没有这样的规定……那这个师傅不是在占店家和顾客的便宜吗？觉得我很好欺负吗？ 我的体验很差，感到自己的钱花的很不值，为什么要我为没有收到的服务多付钱？？虽然只是10分钟，但是对于60分钟来说已经是很大的一个百分比了！一个60分钟的背部为主的按摩，力道... read more
