Specifically, I have found one of the older dental assistant to be condescending and unprofessional, which has made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. I believe she has bipolar disorder. On the other hand, I must commend the dentist for their professionalism and politeness. I believe addressing this matter will help improve the overall patient experience at Cabin Dental.
