In May of this year, I took my car in for a rebuilt Air conditioner. Frank bought it, charged me 700$ and had my car for over 2 weeks. I got it back in June. Two days later, it quit working. I went back and his employee said bring it back tomorrow. 10am the next morning I'm back. Frank is crabby and angry that I'm back. He calls me 3 days later, saying he had to order parts. 3 weeks later, I get my car back. My husband had to go and question why this was taking so long. Frank is a man of his word he makes sure that all his customers are taken care of. I had my gear shift line broke and they did amazing fixing it!! Would recommend!!!

I was traveling and en route home from several states away, when I got an engine light. Got off the expressway and found an O'Reilly auto parts store to pull the code. Bought the parts indicated and asked for a recommendation on a local auto repair shop and Beavercreek Auto Care was at the top of their list.
