The reviews are true—this place is a gem. The owner and team are honest, straightforward, and offer fair prices, which is rare to find these days. They took great care of my husband's car without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy local shop.
Took my car to diagnose a vibration at high speed. He had the car for about 6 hours. Then he said 3 out of 4 front control arms need to be replaced. He quoted me $1100 to replace all 3. are you serious!? I ended up taking it somewhere else to fix it for half of that price and to find out that ball joints, tie rods were bad too! Not only he misdiagnosed it and couldn't find the root cause, he also charged me $138 for misdiagnosing! Not recommending this place at all...
Excellent service and communication. I would absolutely recommend Frank to anyone.
