One of 25 nuclear reactor industrial sites in NRC Region 1. Cooling towers number 4, of which 2 appear operational. Plumes are water vapor and water steam. Tritium is the isotope of concern here, in my opinion. Started operation in 1976, bicentennial year! And current NRC license expires in 2036....11 years away. I love how the nuclear power plant is very safe and well taken care of no elevated radiation levels cuz of it
Came all the way from North Carolina and coming here was my favorite part of the trip. Didn’t smell bad at all! Surpassed all my expectations.
I didn’t know the power station was a restaurant. People are talking about wait staff I wish somebody would explain. Somebody mentioned a heated pool you can go swimming at a power plant what’s going on here
