If you are in need of a REHAB from knee surgery, avoid this place at all costs!!!! The only time you can have ice (which is essential hourly), the only time you can get an ICE PAC is when the rehab center is open, After hours, once you are back in your sleeping habitat, THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO GIVE ICE PACS. I had to bring the ice bag I had from the hospital I had surgery performed and, if the staff at the nursing home felt like it, would bring me a cup of ice for ME TO FILL MY OWN ICE PAC. Should be minus one star. Gave wrong meds. No one takes the time to read charts before administering meds or doing physical therapy. If you do not have your own personal advocate DO NOT GO THERE.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
