From the time I got there the experience started. The ER nurse at the door sat at her desk and asked me what I needed. When I told her she went back to her paperwork and ignored me like I wasn’t even there (was at least 15 minutes). My husband came in and finally asked what are we doing? Do we need to fill out paperwork? She then gave us the paperwork to fill out not really saying anything to us which was very awkward. Finally got in a room and NP came in.
