They were almost always late. When they would show, they would rush through the job and leave the carpets wet. When I called their office, numerous times, to let them know, they always assured me that next time it would be better. We got fed up with the poor service and got a new carpet cleaning service. They are $10 more, but so worth it! They are kind, on time, and leave the place 100x better than when they got there! Keep it up Beaver Valley and you wont have any customers left
