Do NOT go to Beaver Toyota. They had a blank check from my insurance company for full repair my 22 4Runner TRD PRO and never properly repaired my front end They told me they would look at it again, but if they think its not their fault, I have to pay out of pocket for everything despite their shawty repair and my insurances blank check to fix it properly
AVOID if you want any kind of even half-baked communication from this establishment regarding the status and availability of your vehicle if it's anything other than something repaired on site. We took in our non-Toyota for body repair, which, for other reasons too long to be mentioned here, had to be sent to a dealership of the same brand for technical reasons. Very poor experience. I was told by Robert my car would be ready, returned my rental, and then had to wait two more weeks. I also had to come back for unfinished cosmetic work that I had to keep calling Robert about because he wouldn't call to let me know he had the pieces they damage. Communication was bad, and I live an hour away. Would not return.
