I came into the Beaver Collision Center regarding some paint work they did on my car a few years ago — the paint was bubbling up on the back panel. I spoke with Sean multiple times, and each visit felt more frustrating than the last. The first time, he told me that since the car’s title had been transferred, any warranty would be void. The second time, he said there was no record of Beaver ever working on my car. Horrible experience again with collision center. I had same bad experience with beaver Toyota sales division. I dropped my car for small cosmetic repair, they charged me $2000 and assured fix in 5 days (which is a lot). It’s been more than a month and still waiting for my car.. These guys never learn. I don’t suggest beaver Toyota to anyone. I wonder how people are tolerating beaver Toyota in every aspect. I thought they are Toyota experts. They could have studied a little bit.

I dropped in for a quote due to some damage sustained from a rear-end. I ended up leaving my vehicle since Beaver had a relationship with Enterprise and the work could begin right away. Cathy did a nice job of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. The damage was completely resolved and I received my vehicle back detailed inside and out which was a pleasant surprise.
