A little disappointed ... Beaver Tire were not able to perform a four tire allignment due to bolts being frozen. We were charged 84.75 for mechanics time to pull off the four tires to investigate this issue. This was only 10 dollars short of what the allignment would have cost. I did not expect to get it for free but believe 84.75 was a little excessive to charge.
I have been going to beaver tire for some time. Today I ve decided to never go back. They put very deep scratches in 3 of the four wheels on my car. Owner will not do anything about it, he told me a rock must have done it. Some of thee scratches are 3 inches long. Car only has 21,000 miles to boot. VERY UNHAPPY
This place is awesome. Knowledgeable staff that take time to make sure my needs and concerns were met. The tires that they recommended are the best. If never put my truck in 4 wheel drive all winter even with this long harsh winter. The guys were nothing but polite and thorough answered all my questions. I had my brakes repaired last week and they had me fixed up and on the road in no time. Explained everything in detail and it cost 80 to 100 less than I expected. Thanks Beaver Tire you get all 5 stars from me .
My family and I have been using Beaver Tire Service since they opened their doors. I personally buy, and have installed, a set of tires from Beaver once per year. Beaver also routinely performs my annual state inspection. The owner and staff are both knowledgeable and professional. Their work is always above my expectations. I regularly recommend Beaver Tire to anyone and everyone, and, will continue to do so for years to come.
