Classic Canadian experience
We went to the location at the top of Blue Mountain for some post-ski snacks. It was quiet and we were the only customers. We were so disappointed to see that the pastries had been pre made and were just sitting there. Ours were garnished and served immediately. They were not warm whatsoever. When we asked why they were not made to order, we were given a very stumbled answer, which didn’t really explain anything.
A quiet weekday. Super friendly service. The Beavertails have gotten thinner and more expensive (but what hasn't nowadays?). I don't mind the thinner version. All the extra toppings make them just overwhelmingly sweet. I'd stick with the traditional one.
Delicious. Very fast service on family day weekend when it was busy.
