Delivers bad metal on 9/17/24, won't call me back, then says we ordered discounted metal, which we never asked for, and it is not on the quote that we ordered discounted metal (quote attached). I asked them to comp us some good metal but he refused, then 10/15/24 finally offers to switch out the whole pallet after after almost a month has gone by.
