As a student SoDel apartments has been a great place to live. It’s quiet, comfortable, and convenient . It’s about 15 minutes away from UD. Management is friendly and responsive, and everything is taken care of.
I moved here in June 2024 and have had problems ever since. The office manager Melissa is a poor example of an office manager, she only responded to my emails before I moved in, once I sent my first months rent she stopped! I’ve been having water issues in my basement since I first moved in which caused mold that I had to do ON MY OWN OUT OF POCKET! The water also caused the floor paint to come up. I’ve lived here for over a year and i have no complaints. Maintenance is always right on whatever i need and office manager melissa is wonderful
