Perfect place to call home. The price is perfect and location is so convenient for my commute to work.
This is a great community i’ve lived here for a year and i have no complaints definitely recommend
I recently toured here, and the apartments are so very nice. They are all renovated for a great price. I have a few options, but this is a top contender for sure :)

I’ve been living at SoDel Apartments for over a year and absolutely love it! The location is perfect—quiet, green, and close to everything, including Dayton Mall and local universities. The apartment is spacious, modern, and full of natural light. Staff are friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Amenities like the fitness center, and outdoor lounge make it feel like home. Overall, a fantastic experience at a fair price—I highly recommend SoDel!
