I moved here in June 2024 and have had problems ever since. The office manager Melissa is a poor example of an office manager, she only responded to my emails before I moved in, once I sent my first months rent she stopped! I’ve been having water issues in my basement since I first moved in which caused mold that I had to do ON MY OWN OUT OF POCKET! The water also caused the floor paint to come up. Cute property and great management
I have recently moved in to sodel apts. The apartment it self look nice but upon move in it wasn't ready. There were many repairs needed and should have been done before I moved in. The girls in the office are nice but very difficult to get a hold of. When the repair man finally shows up the jobs are not done correctly! Parking is an issue. My neighbor has 6 cars that never move plus his visitors taking up spaces. I have one car and have to scramble to find a space!!!
