I’ve been living at SoDel Apartments for over a year and absolutely love it! The location is perfect—quiet, green, and close to everything, including Dayton Mall and local universities. The apartment is spacious, modern, and full of natural light. Staff are friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Amenities like the fitness center, and outdoor lounge make it feel like home. Overall, a fantastic experience at a fair price—I highly recommend SoDel!
