The doctor we had been seeing here left without so much as a warning, and we were seen by a new doctor, to our surprise. As unprofessional as that was, what really shocked us was the bill that came afterwards. We were suddenly charged extra hundreds for "outpatient" things. Apparently, the new doctor they gave us isn't in network. Suffice to say, we'll be going somewhere else from now on.
I have seen to 3 different physicians in as many years because they keep leaving. It takes months to get an appointment with a physician, and by the time care is established, they're gone and I need to re-establish care with a new one. I arrived for my most recent appointment (with a locum) early as instructed. The front office staff during check in were rude, which is not typical in my experience here.
