Very helpful, and made me feel like I was a wanted customer. Gave me the car to drive and gave me no time limit on my drive or where I drove. They have another vehicle that I was looking at. Great experience. Other places had the same car for less, with less miles, but I bought it from Beaver Lake Auto. Great info, and customer service, goes along ways with me.

Excellent communication. probably the best car buying experience I have had yet! Dealer responded first thing in the morning when they open with a phone number. I set up an appointment and went for a test drive. The owner was not pushy or aggressive at all. Over the last week we have been communicating through text messages and phone calls. Even though they are two hours away I will definitely be saving the dealer information and checking them out the next time I'm looking for a new vehicle.

He charges for estimates and diagnostics, my vehicle had to be returned FOUR times because the paint color did not match and the third time it wasn't even repainted. The shop used multiple coats of clear coat and wax to make it extra shiny in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. (It was a black car.) The door had to be repaired several times because of frame damage. It would keep breaking and the window would stop working properly.
