John, at Beaver Framing is awesome! He replaced a broken piece of glass that was broken during a move for one of our clients. He got the glass replaced within 30 minutes after I brought him the frame and artwork inside the frame! Thank you John for your high quality work and quick service!
Never returned calls, never finished project or let us know frame was backordered.
Ugly service this guy is a scamer. More of 6 months for a prepaid frame!!!! No communication no service, this should close and be reviewed by a consumer protection agency. Don’t go there the Vail shop is much better
