I was scheduled to begin behavioral health services and when I called to verify my appointment the woman that answered misunderstood what I was asking got extremely rude talking over me wouldn't listen to me then hung up on me. When I called back three or four times there was no answer. Of course when you get a hold of customer service there's no way to track down who answers the phones because they're on some sort of random system. They have horrible costumer service not only was I sent to voicemail twice but I was held on hold for crazy hours and then in mid sentence I was hung up on if I’m trusting you as my doctor this shouldn’t be happening.
If you looking for a doctor that cares an will do weekdays best for his patients. Don't go here. What a joke. Theo should be shut down.
The providers at this clinic obviously cared about me and wanted to help me stay healthy. I appreciated the respect, kindness, and competence I experienced here. I feel lucky to have this clinic in my community.
