Rude front desk staff, hung up on me twice, one of which my insurance company was on the line with me. Over it. They need to retrain or rehire. Period.

I called in need of assistance with myself! I called and left a message about assistance! I tried multiple times to get a person! I got a woman in Sharon and she transferred me to automated system and I got someone from front desk! She transferred me upstairs however I got the same automated system so I hung up! Called back got a woman who was crunching her lunch and not speaking clearly! She game me the number for upstairs so called the number and I got the same automated system! Well that was awful!!!
Dr. Kunkle and her team are very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to them for my personal health care.
