Horrible communication skills with this company. They don’t answer their phones or return calls. Have been calling them for 2 days now in regards to why my package wasn’t delivered and get no response. Had to call their corporate office in Oklahoma City to try and get answers and all I get is they will call you. If there is an issue delivering a package first and foremost you need to notify the customer and keep open lines of communication. Bad, bad business practices.
