My wife and I purchased a condo in 2021 that was the poster child for 'lipstick on a pig's; everything was a cheap fix, including the electrical. Beaver and the team were great to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently to get the job done. Beaver also made some excellent suggestions on the placement of switches that really improved the functionality and convenience of our new space. We really appreciated the thought and effort put into the work—highly recommend!
I had what I thought was a tricky issue at a duplex I own. Tenant had no power at their heating system, but breaker was fine and supplying power. I did a fair bit of diagnosis myself and traced the problem to a junction box (I thought, anyway). After opening the box and seeing cloth wiring that I just didn't want to fool with (bad experiences with that stuff in the past), I called multiple electricians.
