My wife and I purchased a condo in 2021 that was the poster child for 'lipstick on a pig's; everything was a cheap fix, including the electrical. Recently our dryer stopped working, so we bought a brand new dryer and it still wasn't heating. I figured it was the Electrical and I was right. One call to Beaver Electric and they sent out two gentleman, Charlie and his apprentice, who quickly validated my diagnosis, replaced the breaker (which was very old) and got us back in business in under an hour.
